Job summary

Killara Services in Queensland is seeking a skilled Cleaning Client Service Manager to lead a team of cleaning professionals, deliver outstanding client service, and drive operational excellence in a full-time role.

You will develop strong client relationships, schedule staff, conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
