Job summary

NM Insurance Pty Ltd is seeking a Client Relations Lead to keep the sales process moving from enquiry to completion. You will manage quotes, endorsements, and rapid problem-solving while coordinating with Business Development Managers and internal teams.

The role centers on building strong client and dealer relationships across our nationwide operation, with a hybrid work model, and a culture that values clear communication, timely delivery, accurate underwriting support, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tier 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of underwriting standards and procedures.
• Proven experience in client service or insurance operations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to client enquiries via phone and email.
• Assess insurance risks and determine appropriate premiums, excesses, and coverage.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, quotations, and online referrals.
• Support BDMs with product placement and urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Uphold NM Insurance's values in every client and team interaction.
