Job summary

HOF Fire & Security in Lismore, NSW seeks a Client Relations & Compliance Coordinator to strengthen client relationships and coordinate compliance activities, including AFSS processes. You will follow up quotations and ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout engagement with HOF Fire & Security.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations, account management or compliance coordination is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling or job management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate AFSS processes and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and follow up quotations, proposals and opportunities.
• Coordinate compliance rectification works and defect management.
• Liaise with property managers, building owners, contractors and Accredited Practitioners.
• Manage compliance documentation and client records.
• Coordinate maintenance agreements and contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities for additional fire and security services within existing client portfolios.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the client lifecycle.
• Support business development and client retention initiatives.
