Client Relations & Compliance Coordinator

HOF Fire & Security is one of Northern NSW’s leading providers of fire protection, compliance and security services. We work with commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education and government clients throughout New South Wales and South East Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Client Relations & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Lismore.

This is a newly created position designed to strengthen client relationships, improve compliance coordination and support the ongoing growth of our business.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating compliance activities, following up quotations and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their engagement with HOF Fire & Security.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organised and working closely with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) processes and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and follow up quotations, proposals and outstanding opportunities.
• Coordinate compliance rectification works and defect management.
• Liaise with property managers, building owners, contractors and Accredited Practitioners.
• Manage compliance documentation and client records.
• Coordinate maintenance agreement and contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities for additional fire and security services within existing client portfolios.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the client lifecycle.
• Support business development and client retention initiatives.

About You

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in customer service, account management, administration, compliance coordination or a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience within the fire protection, security, building services, facilities management or construction industries.

• Knowledge of AFSS processes or building compliance requirements.
