Job summary

Rapid Building Approvals on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Client Relations / Administration Officer to join our growing team. You’ll be the first contact for clients and certifiers, handling inquiries, documentation, and applications while keeping the office running smoothly.

The role is full-time, 12 months, with above‑award salary and fortnightly RDO. We value excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, people‑focussed approach in a friendly, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin or customer service.
• Building industry experience a bonus, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
• Process building applications and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist certifiers with scheduling, follow-ups, and admin support.
• Maintain office organisation and general administrative tasks.
