Job summary

Perpetual Limited invites experienced professionals to join our Wholesale Trustee team within Perpetual Corporate Trust. You will manage a portfolio of wholesale trustee clients, supporting their relationship, operational and regulatory needs to drive retention and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with clients, internal specialists and external service providers to improve scalability and profitability of the client portfolio while ensuring compliance and governance across funds operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, economics or law or equivalent experience.
• About 5 years in financial services, with at least 3 years in financial operations.
• Strong client and relationship management experience.
• Deep knowledge of managed funds operations (custody, fund administration, registry, investment ops).
• Ability to manage processes and regulatory obligations with precision.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, maintain relationship plans and lead regular client meetings.
• Coordinate onboarding of new business and offboarding of winding-up trusts.
• Review transaction documents, deeds and agreements before execution.
• Oversee regulatory obligations, including year-end financials, tax returns and distributions.
• Monitor service providers and maintain compliance data in Client Connect.
• Present at Board/Compliance Committee meetings when required and escalate concerns.
• Manage billing, accruals and debtor positions to improve portfolio profitability.
