Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney leads trust accounting services for managed funds and securitisation clients. As Accounting Manager, you will lead our Accounting Team, oversee outputs and client relationships.

You will contribute to strategic projects, improve operations, and develop your team. A tertiary accounting qualification and CA/CPA are preferred, with Big Four experience welcomed.

Hybrid work model and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring of a specialist Trust Accounting team.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across managed funds and securitisation trusts.
• Experience leading client-facing accounting outputs and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of trust accounting services across client engagements.
• Support senior management with strategic projects and direction of the accounting business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through technical excellence and proactive service.
• Improve operational processes, quality assurance and risk management practices.
• Coach and develop team members and onboard new trusts and engagements.
