Job summary

MW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Client Manager for a well-established public practice on the Sunshine Coast. You will own a portfolio of SME clients, build trusted relationships with business owners, and lead a small team within the firm.

The role emphasizes taxation and business services across industries, including reviewing work, mentoring juniors, and collaborating with Partners to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience within Australian Public Practice.
• CA or CPA qualified (or currently completing).
• Strong taxation and business services experience.
• Experience managing your own clients.
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients across a variety of industries
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and act as their first point of contact
• Prepare and review compliance needs for your clients
• Provide proactive taxation advice and advisory services
• Review work, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Work closely with the Partners to improve the practice
