Legal Aid Queensland in Brisbane is seeking a Client Information Officer to handle an inbound state-wide call centre. You will help clients identify legal problems, explain rights and responsibilities, and guide them to apply for a grant of legal aid.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound call centres or frontline client service.
• Ability to clearly explain legal rights and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls and identify customer needs over the phone.
• Provide information about legal processes and Legal Aid Queensland guidelines.
• Participate in training to enhance service and legal knowledge.
• Assist clients to apply for a grant of legal aid and arrange lawyer appointments.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive organisational image through excellent service.
