We are seeking an established Bookkeeper looking for a senior opportunity, who will take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping requirements across a portfolio of clients.

As an experienced Client Finance Officer, you will work with a portfolio of clients, getting hands‑on and servicing their end‑to‑end bookkeeping requirements. In this collaborative role, you will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our clients’ daily transactions. You will manage transactions in Xero and MYOB, maintain strong client relationships, and provide guidance to a small bookkeeping team, and ensure compliance requirements are met.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working in a similar role, including bookkeeping, financial administration, or of a finance officer within an accounting firm/consulting environment. Ideally, you will have the ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships, experience using accounting software (XERO & MYOB), and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, enabling them to produce accurate work within set deadlines. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
