Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Solution Architect to translate complex client goals into secure, scalable solutions across marketing automation, loyalty, data, and integrations. You will lead discovery, design, estimation, build and optimisation, balancing outcomes, effort, risk and maintainability.

You will work hands-on through the delivery lifecycle, leverage AI/automation to improve value, and collaborate with product, delivery and technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and client-facing ability.
• 4+ years in solution architecture, consulting, integration, or SaaS delivery.
• Experience capturing requirements and designs (BRDs, SSDs, FSDs).
• Proficiency with data, APIs and web integrations.
• Clear communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Hands-on build, automation, and rapid learning of new platforms.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms (Marketing Cloud/CDP).
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modelling.
• Familiarity with SDLC and delivery lifecycle.
• Understanding of identity, media, and people-based marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead client scoping sessions and define use cases to sign-off.
• Scope, estimate and design efficient solutions to meet goals.
• Own end-to-end solution design across identity, data, APIs and measurement.
• Consult on web/digital experiences and implement site tagging (GTM/Tealium/Adobe Launch).
• Produce artefacts: designs, data mappings, integration specs, test plans, handover docs.
• Assess trade-offs on performance, security, and time-to-value; propose alternatives.
• Support PMs with timelines and effort estimates.
• Hands-on build, testing and collaboration with data specialists.
• Feed product back needs and assist pre-sales scoping with sales.
