Job summary

Synogize is seeking an AI Consultant who blends software engineering with a consulting mindset. You’ll own defined workstreams in client engagements, shaping LLM-based solutions, automation and system integrations from discovery to handover, with senior consultants guiding complex calls.

You’ll map business processes, translate needs into technical requirements, and build production-ready LLM workflows, agents, and RAG pipelines on cloud platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or Vertex

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software engineering or AI engineering
• Experience delivering client-facing technical solutions
• Strong Python and SQL skills for production-ready code
• Hands-on with LLM-powered solutions (RAG, agents)
• Prompt engineering and evaluating LLM behavior
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Foundry or AWS/GCP AI
• Experience with APIs, databases and system integration
• CI/CD and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Secure software development practices
• Git workflows and code reviews
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Participate in stakeholder interviews to map client processes and ask why before how
• Translate business needs into clear engineering requirements
• Design, develop and integrate production-ready LLM workflows, agents, RAG pipelines, automations and supporting applications
• Build MCP servers, skills and extensions that connect AI assistants to client systems and workflows
• Develop maintainable, secure and well-tested Python and SQL solutions
• Design evaluations to assess AI accuracy, reliability and behaviour
• Implement observability, monitoring and alerting, and improve solutions based on production performance
• Diagnose and resolve issues across application, data and infrastructure layers
• Support solution demonstrations, client onboarding, acceptance testing and handover
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the engagement
• Build relevant industry and business-process knowledge, and apply it across engagements
• Create reusable agents, templates, automation pipelines and playbooks
