Job summary

Synogize is seeking a client-focused Data & Analytics Consultant in Melbourne to deliver practical data solutions that drive measurable business value. You’ll work across data modelling, analytics engineering, BI, cloud platforms and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with clients to gather requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.

The role involves designing scalable data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics layers, plus governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Degree plus 1 year of experience or additional years of experience.
Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data transformations.
Experience designing analytical or dimensional data models.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts.
Experience with at least one cloud data platform (e.g., Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
Experience with at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Confidence translating business needs into technical solutions.
