Job summary

Lowe Living is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support purchasers from contract signing through settlement and beyond. You will work with the Client Advocate and internal teams to keep processes on track, coordinate documentation, and ensure a smooth client journey.

Based in South Melbourne, you will build rapport with purchasers, manage multiple stakeholders, and use Salesforce and MS Office to maintain records and trackers. A proactive, professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, construction, project administration or a similar coordination-based environment is preferred.
• Confident, personable and professional communication style.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with good judgement about when to act or escalate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client appointments, meetings, site visits, walkthroughs and key purchaser milestones throughout the client journey.
• Respond to routine purchaser enquiries confidently and professionally, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Coordinate purchaser customisation requests and variations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate pre-settlement inspections, settlement and handover activities, including documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records, Salesforce data, project trackers and registers; follow up actions to prevent gaps.
