Proactive Health & Movement is seeking a Client Experience Officer to be at the heart of our Waurn Ponds clinic. You’ll welcome clients, manage bookings, support practitioners and liaise with referrers to ensure a seamless, caring experience.

Responsibilities

• Creating incredible client experiences from first contact to visit.
• Keeping the clinic moving with bookings, payments, enquiries and diaries.
• Supporting Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Psychology teams.
• Communicating with clients, referrers and community professionally.
• Identifying improvement ideas and helping implement solutions.
