Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to enhance the participant experience across all touchpoints. You will be the first contact for inquiries from the public, participants, and health professionals, coordinating referrals, onboarding, and documentation to support seamless access to services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration or customer service role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
  • Passion for supporting people with complex needs in a supportive, empathetic and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and participant management systems.
  • Prior to commencement, you\'ll also need to obtain a Working with Children\'s Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.

Responsibilities

  • Supported NDIS participants and families with enquiries, providing information about services and supports.
  • Managed participant referrals and intake processes.
  • Assisted participants and families to understand funding arrangements.
  • Coordinated participant onboarding, welcome emails and appointment scheduling.
  • Partnered with therapists and internal teams to support a positive participant experience.
  • Prepared, maintained, and updated service agreements.
  • Maintained accurate participant records and documentation.
  • Supported invoicing, funding administration and payment processes.

About The Role

The Client Care Coordinatoris responsible fordeliveringindustry-leading participant experience across every interaction and plays a critical role in improving access to services.The Client Care Coordinator acts as the first point of contact forenquiries from the public, participants,community service providers, medical and allied health professionals.
