About The Role
The Client Care Coordinatoris responsible fordeliveringindustry-leading participant experience across every interaction and plays a critical role in improving access to services.The Client Care Coordinator acts as the first point of contact forenquiries from the public, participants,community service providers, medical and allied health professionals.
As a Client Care Coordinator at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:
- Supported NDIS participants and families with enquiries, providing information about services and supports
- Managedparticipant referrals and intake processes
- Assistedparticipants and families to understand funding arrangements
- Coordinated participant onboarding, welcomeemailsandappointment scheduling
- Partnered with therapists and internal teams to supportapositive participant experience
- Prepared,maintained, and updated service agreements
- Maintainedaccurateparticipant recordsand documentation
- Supported invoicing, fundingadministrationand payment processes
Who We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role you'll need:
- Demonstrated experiencein an administration or customer service role
- Outstandingwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Strongcustomerserviceskills
- Abilitytoworkcollaborativelywithinateamenvironment
- Passion for supportingpeople withcomplexneedsinasupportive,empatheticand effective manner
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and participant management systems
- Prior to commencement,you'll also need to obtain a WorkingwithChildren's Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
