BVLGARI in Sydney seeks an energetic Client Advisor to join our flagship boutique. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering a memorable client experience and driving sales of High Jewellery, High Watches and High End pieces.

Responsibilities include CRM-driven client relationships, product knowledge, after-sales follow-up, and strict adherence to store standards. Minimum 2 years in luxury jewellery and superb service are required.

• Welcome all clients, provide customized advice, and guide them through the full sales process from welcome to packaging.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, capture and use client data in CRM for follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and ensure after-sales services with high client satisfaction.
• Ensure store operations comply with policies, keep front area clean, and collaborate with colleagues to share insights.

BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Client Advisor to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique.

Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable experience to customers, creating, stimulating and maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales and profit targets as well as provide excellent service to customers.

Job responsibilities

Client Experience & Service Excellence

• Accountable for High Jewellery (HJ), High Watches (HEW) & High End (HE) sales overall
• Welcome all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after sale, complaint) grating an extraordinary service and never let the customer leave with bad impression.
• Understanding client’s needs and provide customized advice, guiding them through product discovery and the full sales process from welcome to packaging using appropriate selling techniques
• Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets and service KPIs by maximizing sales opportunities
• Collaborate with your colleagues as part of a dedicated and dynamic team, united in delivering excellence at every touchpoint
• Comply with WHS policies, procedures and programs implemented by Bulgari.

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

• Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Capture, update and use client data in CRM systems to support client development, follow-ups and personalized communication across different channels

Product Knowledge

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
• Ensure after-sales services are properly handled, including follow-ups and issue resolution, delivering a high level of client satisfaction
• Demonstrate passion and empathy for all our clients, continuously anticipate and exceed future desires

Operations, Compliance & Store Standards

• Apply all sales related procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, fiscal, legal, etc.)
• Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines concerning client data and store operations
• Ensure that all front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines
• Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback and best practices

Profile

You are a clienteling and sales expert
