About the Role

As a Client Account Management Associate Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, helping drive business value, account growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.

You will work closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders to align solutions with client objectives, maximize platform adoption, and identify opportunities for innovation and expansion. This role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, program oversight, and commercial leadership to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing guidance on business priorities, operating models, customer engagement strategies, and solution adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client business, product, and technology leaders, becoming a trusted partner across the account.
  • Lead discovery workshops and executive discussions to understand client objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand account value through new capabilities, services, products, and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and governance for complex programs, ensuring successful delivery, risk mitigation, and achievement of business outcomes.
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, operating models, and customer experience strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Support executive‑level stakeholder management, including steering committees, governance forums, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Drive client adoption, change management, and enablement activities to ensure successful realization of expected benefits.
  • Serve as an escalation point for account issues and coordinate cross‑functional resources to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Partner with sales, account leadership, and delivery teams to develop account growth strategies and contribute to revenue opportunities.
  • Review and validate implementation approaches, business processes, and operational impacts to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide ongoing thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients across adjacent initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the development of account management, consulting, and client engagement capabilities.
  • Lead or support strategic account planning activities, including business reviews, growth planning, and value realization discussions.
