Job summary

The Coles Group in Sydney is seeking a Leader for the Coles Online Department to own the day-to-day operations of the online orders and shopper-led processes. You will coach and develop the team, ensuring the click-and-collect and delivery operations run smoothly, while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

About the role

The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level.
