The Coles Group is seeking a strong retail leader to drive the day-to-day management of the online team, customer service team, inventory and office in charge activities. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and protecting the profitability of your store.

As a highly experienced retail professional, you will be accountable for inventory processes and financial management while fostering a one-team culture that puts team health, safety and wellbeing first.

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities.

You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and profitability of your store and a highly experienced retail professional, accountable for your store's inventory processes and financial management activities.
