CityFM in Brisbane (Fortitude Valley) is seeking a part-time Cleaning Operator to manage nightly cleaning at our site and support a small team across nearby centres. You’ll troubleshoot issues, train staff during site visits, and keep the Cleaning Operations Supervisor updated on standards and performance.

Key duties include delivering high-quality cleaning to scope, cleaning rooms and shared spaces, disinfecting surfaces, and using chemicals and equipment safely.

Competenze

• Previous cleaning experience
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Driver's license and reliable car (essential)
• Willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check

Based in Fortitude Valley QLD, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres, providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.
• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.

• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.
• Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands‑on support.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team
• Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
• A smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)
• Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
