Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaning supervisor or team leader.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Police check within last 3 months; right to work in Australia; ability to operate cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of cleaners.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Manage team schedules and allocate daily tasks.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to issues and customer concerns.
