Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
• Experience operating ride-on and manual cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers and other commercial cleaning equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to supervise, train and manage cleaning staff.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia, including Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid visa with unlimited working rights.
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
• Current National Police Check / Police Clearance, satisfactory for the role.
