Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is required.
• Experience supervising and managing a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good client management abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Knowledge of roster management and stock ordering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of cleaners.
• Effective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Assign duties, conduct spot checks, and ensure task completion.
• Mentor and support staff.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations within the store.
• Meet rotations and KPI targets for the client site.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Respond to client requests and feedback.
• Maintain Rosters and provide shift coverage when required.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Take immediate action during accidents or hazards.
