Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team at a facility in Horsley Park, NSW. This full-time role runs from Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:36, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will supervise a small team, manage rosters, mentor staff, and coordinate tasks to meet SLAs and KPIs while collaborating with clients to ensure top service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a cleaning team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of cleaners.
• Schedule tasks to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Assign duties, conduct spot checks, and ensure task completion.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations within the store.
• Meet rotations and KPIs for the client site.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition.
• Respond to client requests and feedback.
• Maintain Rosters and provide shift coverage when required.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Take action during accidents or hazards.
