Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team at the Thermo-Fisher Scientific site in Horsham.

The role is on-site, hands-on, with responsibility for daily delivery of the cleaning service, including task allocation, rotas, quality checks and compliance with site procedures. The candidate should have prior Cleaning Supervisor experience, strong health & safety knowledge, and the ability to manage a team in a compliant, GMP-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cleaning team
• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods
• Strong Health & Safety and COSHH knowledge
• GMP/pharmaceutical environment experience is advantageous
• COSHH or BICSc qualifications beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the cleaning team to deliver high standards
• Allocate daily tasks and manage rotas and coverage
• Carry out quality checks and maintain cleaning standards
• Train team members and ensure compliance with site procedures
• Ensure Health & Safety, COSHH, GMP and safe working practices
• Manage cleaning equipment, materials and stock levels
• Complete required records and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with management and client to maintain service
