Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is recruiting for a North Coast Cleaning Rectification Team member in Coffs Harbour to deliver specialised cleaning across government facilities. You'll work across sites, seeing the impact of your hands-on work daily.

Full training is provided, including a Certificate III in Cleaning Services for eligible employees, and all equipment, uniforms and PPE are supplied to support safe, effective service.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours and occasional overnights.
• Must hold a NSW Working with Children Check.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a member of the North Coast Rectification Team, you'll undertake specialised cleaning and restoration services across a variety of government sites. No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional results.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work outside standard school operating hours, including early mornings, afternoons, and occasional overnight stays
• A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• A NSW Working with Children Check
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual, hands-on work safely Highly Regarded Experience

While not essential, experience in any of the following areas will be highly valued:

• Window cleaning
• Hard floor restoration
• Detailed cleaning of schools, offices, and amenities
• Operation of floor scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, pressure washers, and water-fed pole systems
• Working at heights
• Leading or motivating team members in a collaborative environment
