Job summary

ISS is building a North Coast Cleaning Rectification Team to deliver specialised cleaning services across government facilities in the North Coast region, including Coffs Harbour and surrounds. You’ll join a motivated team working across sites to achieve high-quality results and a measurable community impact.

The role offers full training, including a Certificate III in Cleaning Services for eligible employees, a company vehicle for Team Leaders, supplied equipment and PPE, and an inclusive,

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours including early mornings, afternoons and occasional overnight stays.
• NSW Working with Children Check required.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Physically fit to perform manual, hands-on work.
• Experience in window cleaning, floor restoration, cleaning of schools/offices/amenities, operation of cleaning equipment, and working at heights (highly valued).

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work every day? ISS is building a dedicated North Coast Cleaning Rectification Team and is seeking motivated individuals to deliver specialised cleaning services across government facilities throughout the region.

This is more than a cleaning role. It's an opportunity to be part of a skilled, supportive team that creates safer, cleaner, and more welcoming environments for local communities. You'll work across sites in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a member of the North Coast Rectification Team, you'll undertake specialised cleaning and restoration services across a variety of government sites. No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional results.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

• Flexibility to work outside standard school operating hours, including early mornings, afternoons, and occasional overnight stays

While not essential, experience in any of the following areas will be highly valued:

• Window cleaning
• Hard floor restoration
• Detailed cleaning of schools, offices, and amenities
• Operation of floor scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, pressure washers, and water-fed pole systems
