Wallara Australia’s Land Management Services team in Keysborough is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to manage a small crew of supported employees across cleaning tasks, car washing, litter collection and light gardening. This full-time role supports people with disabilities while delivering high-quality facilities services.

You’ll lead, mentor and record progress, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain strong customer focus to meet contract obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience in general cleaning services, ideally car washing, window cleaning and street litter collection.
• Experience with light gardening duties (desirable).
• Experience working with people with different abilities (highly desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to person-centred support and inclusive practices.
• Good administration skills and computer literacy to complete documentation.
• Highly motivated and outcome driven to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated crew of supported employees in tasks such as window cleaning, external car washing, litter collection, and occasional garden weeding and mowing.
• Help supported employees achieve their goals in developing cleaning skills and experience within a commercial cleaning business.
• Ensure a strong customer focus to meet all contract obligations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
