Job summary

Woolworths Ltd. is hiring for a role in our Proactive Services team. You will help keep stores hygienic by sweeping floors, cleaning walls and bathrooms, and collecting trolleys from car parks. You’ll assist different departments with cleaning tasks and help customers with directions or questions.

This role requires physical fitness, a flexible approach to shifts starting at 6am or 5pm, and availability across Monday to Sunday. Training is provided to operate cleaning equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Ambitious mindset and a passion for people
• Retail experience and customer service focus
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5–10 kg
• Flexible to work across a 6am or 5pm start and across Monday–Sunday

Responsibilities

• Sweep the shop floor and clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room
• Collect trolleys from car park and surrounding areas
• Assist departments with cleaning needs and respond to customer questions
• Complete tasks in daily planner and use provided equipment safely
• Support a hygienic, welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues
