Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking team members for its Proactive Services cleaning and trolley collection team in Australia. You will keep store areas hygienically clean, collect trolleys, and support customers with directions and questions.

Full training will be provided to use various cleaning tools and equipment. Applicants should be physically fit, flexible across shifts from 6am or 5pm, and able to lift 5–10 kg.

Qualifications

• Ambitious mindset with a love of retail and people.
• Physical fitness for physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5–10 kg.
• Flexible to work across different environments (shop floor, fridges, freezers, carparks).
• Availability to work across Monday–Sunday with shifts at 6am or 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and bins.
• Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
• Work across departments to deliver cleaning needs.
• Help customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.
• Full training in operating a variety of equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer.
