Job summary

Woolworths Ltd. is seeking a proactive team member for our Proactive Services cleaning and trolley collection role in NSW. You’ll keep the store hygienic, sweep floors, tidy walls and trolley bays, and assist customers with directions.

The role involves collecting trolleys, working across departments, and training on equipment to keep you safe and efficient. Flexibility to work across Monday to Sunday, with early or late shifts starting at 5am or 6am, is essential.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness is essential for this role.
• Stand for long periods and lift loads 5–10 kg.
• Ability to work across Monday–Sunday with early/late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep shop floor and clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room.
• Collect trolleys from car park and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers in store with questions or directions.
• Learn to operate a variety of cleaning equipment safely.
