Job summary

BelgraviaPRO is seeking experienced casual Housekeepers and Cleaners for the Alpine region of Victoria. You will ensure clean, welcoming cabins and facilities, supporting a guest-focused operation on a flexible 7–10 day roster including weekends and public holidays.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with uniform and safety wear provided under the Casual roster guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience in accommodation cleaning and services.
• Experience in stock control for linen and consumables.
• Strong communication, organisation, administration and management skills.
• Energetic, hands-on approach and willingness to learn systems.
• Availability to work a 7–10 day roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Cleaning experience essential.
• First Aid Level 2 and CPR training available if required.
• Current Australian Police Check within 3 months and Working with Children Check.
• Australian Driver's Licence and legal entitlement to work in Australia.

The Location

Nestled amongst beautiful trees in the base of the Alpine Shire mountains directly on the Kiewa River, the Park provides many delights both in the water and on land, all year round. Tawonga Tourist Park is an easy drive from Albury/Wodonga, Wangaratta and surrounding historic townships. Proudly managed by Belgravia Pro this park reopened in April 2023 is perfect for an affordable holiday.

The Role

Reporting to the Park Manager you deliver a positive guest experience through coordination of cleaning presentation and duties of park accommodation and amenities. You are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of cabins, amenities, and common use areas for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including, guests, staff, and the company.

You will be required to maintain a high standard of work as you will be representing our company brand in all your work and guest interactions. The Guest Services team takes pride in maintaining the guest facilities to an exceptional standard.

Level 2 Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 – Casual roster with uniform and safety wear provided

About You

An experienced individual who is highly customer focused and equally passionate to provide a clean welcoming environment and exceptional guest first experiences.

You will be friendly, enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team a team. You possess proven experience in a similar role and available to work a casual flexible roster over a 7-10-day roster cycle including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
• Availability to work across a 7-10-day roster including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings
• Cleaning experience
• First Aid Level 2 and Current CPR – can train if required
• Current Australian Police Check (within 3 months)
• Working with Children's Check or equivalent
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Legally entitled to work in Australia
