Qualifications

• Physically capable of cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, executive suites, boardroom and meeting spaces to a high standard.
• Clean warehouse, manufacturing and laboratory areas, including toilets/kitchens.
• Restock toilets with supplies (paper, towels, soap).
• Maintain tidy staff canteens; run dishwasher; empty and wash bins weekly.
• Clean staff fridges and microwaves; discard out-of-date food.
• Maintain coffee machines.
• Mop and vacuum showroom, trade/sales/alfresco areas; stairs and lift weekly.
• Keep customer-facing areas pristine.
• Clean windows, glass and mirrors.
• Look after fish tank and water indoor/alfresco plants.
• Stock canteens with snacks Mondays; top up midweek.
• Fortnightly Costco run for essentials.

Cleaner with an Eye for Detail School Hours

This is a rare chance to take full ownership of keeping the Bundamba Head Office spotless. The facility covers 4000m2, with most of that being warehouse space. You'll look after the offices, warehouse, manufacturing and laboratory areas, 23 toilets and two staff canteens, and the showroom. You'll work independently to a daily cleaning checklist that you can set your own rhythm to. The role is casual to start, with the potential to go permanent part time for the right person. You'll work school hours on consistent weekdays. Once a quarter, you'll have one week of extended duties while training courses run.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, executive suites, the boardroom and meeting spaces to a consistently high standard


• Cleaning warehouse, manufacturing and laboratory areas, including their toilets and kitchenettes


• Cleaning and restocking all toilets with toilet paper, hand towels, soap and toilet spray


• Keeping both staff canteens tidy every day, including running the dishwasher and emptying and washing the bins weekly


• Cleaning staff fridges and microwaves, and clearing out out-of-date food


• Cleaning and maintaining the coffee machines


• Mopping and vacuuming the showroom, trade, sales and alfresco areas, including the stairs and lift weekly


• Keeping customer-facing areas pristine


• Cleaning windows, glass and mirrors


• Looking after the fish tank and watering the indoor and alfresco plants


• Stocking canteens with staff snacks on a Monday and topping up through the week


• Fortnightly Costco run for essentials
