Job summary

Earth Cleaning is a small, owner-run Melbourne cleaning business serving domestic, commercial and NDIS clients. We use chemical-free Enjo kits and are expanding our team with regular rounds available now.

We offer $40 per hour, paid weekly, with 10+ hours a week to start and flexible shifts including some weekends and public holidays. Training provided; kit available or bring your own. You’ll work with the owner directly and be insured. Requires ABN, own car, and Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Must have ABN or willingness to obtain one
• Must have own car and a current driver’s licence
• Live within about 40 minutes of Templestowe (Doncaster, Eltham, Box Hill, Ringwood, Heidelberg and nearby)
• Australian work rights
• Available for at least 10 hours a week across at least 2 weekdays
• Police check (we’ll help arrange)
• Reliability and punctuality: clients depend on you

Responsibilities

• Regular weekly cleans for the same clients with times agreed upfront
• Be flexible for extra cover and short-notice shifts as needed
• Follow chemical-free Enjo kit standards or bring your own eco-safe kit
• Deal directly with the owner and respond to messages promptly

Regular weekly cleans. Same clients, set days, paid every week.

Earth Cleaning is a small, owner-run Melbourne cleaning business with regular domestic, commercial and NDIS clients. We clean with chemical-free, reusable Enjo kits (better for you, better for clients). We're adding cleaners to our team and have regular rounds available now.

What you get

• $40 an hour, paid weekly

• 10+ hours a week to start, more if you want it. Mostly weekdays, with some weekends and public holidays available. Extra cover and short-notice shifts too, if you can be flexible

• The same clients each week, with times agreed up front so you can plan your week

• Paid trial shift and training with an experienced cleaner

• Chemical-free Enjo kit available (or bring your own eco-safe kit) and full training included. Borrowing a kit is $35/week for 10 weeks, fully refunded when you return it

• Covered by our public liability insurance and WorkCover while you work

• Fits around other jobs or study: you set your availability within the days a round needs

• You deal directly with the owner, who answers your texts
