Job summary

Morrison Living in Frankston, VIC is seeking a Cleaner Team Leader for Saturday and Sunday shifts to oversee housekeeping duties at a 120-bed aged care facility. You will lead a cleaning team, assign rosters, and ensure service coverage while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

The role requires experience in a supervisory cleaning position, preferably in healthcare, with the ability to train and motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising cleaning teams, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to train, mentor and onboard staff.
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations.
• Competent in infection control procedures and high hygiene standards.
• Police check holder or willingness to obtain one.

• Frankston South residential aged care facility with 120 beds
• 0700-1200 Saturday 0700-1200 Sunday

THE POSITION

• Lead and supervise cleaning teams across daily and periodic tasks

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally in healthcare
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
• Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check)
