Compass Group Pty Limited in Victoria seeks a Cleaner Team Leader for our Frankston facility. The role oversees a dedicated cleaning crew across daily and periodic tasks, ensuring high hygiene standards within a 120-bed aged care environment.

You will schedule rosters, mentor staff, conduct inspections, and support infection control procedures in high-risk areas while pursuing learning and internal progression opportunities within Morrison Living.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally in healthcare
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
• Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check)
