Compass Group Pty Limited in Melbourne’s Bundoora facility is seeking a Cleaner Team Leader to supervise a dedicated cleaning crew across daily and periodic tasks. This permanent, full-time role offers learning and development pathways and a starting rate of 27.97 AUD per hour.

You will allocate rosters, conduct inspections to uphold high hygiene standards, support infection control, and train new staff. Police check is required or obtainable; employer supports a forward-looking, ecologically

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally in healthcare.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team.
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations.
• Competent in inventory and waste reduction practices.
• Police check holder or willing to obtain one.

Cleaner Team Leader

• Bundoora residential aged care facility with 90 beds
• Lead a Team – Supervise and mentor a dedicated cleaning crew

THE POSITION

• Lead and supervise cleaning teams across daily and periodic tasks

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally in healthcare
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
• Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check)
