Job summary

Downer is seeking a Part Time School Cleaner to join the Health and Education team at Kariong Mountains High School in NSW. The role covers afternoon shifts Monday to Friday, starting ASAP, with duties across classrooms, offices, and outdoor areas to maintain a clean and hygienic school environment that supports learning activities.

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will work with the school community to deliver high-quality cleaning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial environment.
• Able to perform consistently to a high standard.
• A strong communicator and works collaboratively.
• Own transportation and Driver's Licence required.

Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in maintaining a high standard of cleaning services throughout our school facilities. Our cleaners hold an important role within the school community by providing a clean and hygienic school to support the learning activities throughout. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

Current vacancies:
Kariong Mountains High School - Monday to Friday. 4.00pm-7.00pm

What You'll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Cleaning offices and common areas
• Classroom cleaning
• Garbage removal and outdoor area cleaning
