Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a dedicated cleaner for evening shifts in Victoria. You will clean activity rooms, amenities and shared spaces, and help maintain a safe, sanitary environment after hours.

No formal experience required, though prior cleaning work is welcomed. A smartphone for work communications, valid Australian work rights, and willingness to obtain checks are needed. Uniform and PPE are provided; reliable evening hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Valid Australia working rights.
• Driver's license and own car preferred.
• Willing to obtain Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
