Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our team in Queensland. This role focuses on maintaining clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces with attention to safety and quality.

You will disinfect high-touch areas and ensure a hygienic environment for occupants. Ideal candidates possess a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and have basic cleaning experience or a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and own car preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
