Job summary

Millennium Services Group Limited is seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our team at Helensvale, QLD. This casual role offers weekend and weekdays shifts, with an award rate of $33.85 per hour.

You will contribute to delivering high standards of cleanliness for our clients and customers in a fast paced environment. We value teamwork, reliability and safety, with a focus on training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Police Check is highly required.
• Team-based work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Understanding of WHS standards.
• Flexible hours including public holidays.
• Floor care equipment experience is a plus.
• You must have valid work rights in Australia.

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.

• Sweeping and mopping.
• Toilet cleaning.
• Rubbish collection.
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external.

The Role

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Helensvale, QLD!

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have multiple Casual positions available.

Award Rate: $33.85

Roster

Shifts across weekends and weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning.

About You

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
• Police Check is highly required
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
• You must have valid work rights in Australia.
