Job summary

Rentokil Initial Australia is seeking a Hygiene Service Technician to join our team covering Caloundra and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for washroom hygiene services, including supplying and maintaining products and delivering cleaning services.

We value a positive attitude, excellent customer service, and the ability to work autonomously. A full driving licence, fitness for travel, and safety awareness are essential, with full training provided and a company vehicle included.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Australian driver's license.
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
• Cleaning or related industry experience.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Physically fit and able to drive long distances.
• High attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Comfortable using a mobile app/tablet for job tasks.

As a Hygiene Service Technician, you will be responsible for washroom hygiene services, including providing and maintaining products and cleaning services.

What we do need from you is:

• Current and valid Australian driver's license
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia
• Cleaning or related industry experience
• Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
• Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
• Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
• High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
• An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Initial safety parameters
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
