Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Hygiene Service Technician to cover Caloundra and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for washroom hygiene services, including dispensing and maintaining products, and delivering high-quality cleaning services.

A valid Australian driver's license, the ability to work full-time in Australia, and experience in cleaning or related industries are required. You will work autonomously, travel long distances, and interact with clients to ensure excellent service.

• Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
• Cleaning or related industry experience.
• Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build client relationships.
• Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing.
• Physically fit and able to work autonomously and drive long distances.
• High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve targets.
• Ability to operate safely within client and Initial parameters.
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet.

As a Hygiene Service Technician, you will be responsible for washroom hygiene services, including providing and maintaining products and cleaning services.
