Job summary

City Facilities Management Australia is seeking reliable cleaners for casual evening shifts in partnership with Goodstart Early Learning. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 7pm–9pm, with competitive hourly rates and casual loading.

Uniform and PPE are provided, plus exclusive retailer discounts. Responsibilities include cleaning activity rooms, sanitising high-touch areas, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment in line with OH&S policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning environments is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and own car preferred.
• Willing to obtain Police Check or Working with Children Check if required.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
