Job summary

City Facilities Management Ltd. is hiring for casual evening cleaners in Dubbo. Shifts run 7pm–9pm, Monday to Friday, with work across three sites: Wheelers Lane, Cobra Street and Baird Drive.

The role offers an hourly rate with casual loading and flexible scheduling. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability. A smartphone for work communication and valid Australian work rights are required; driver’s licence and own car are preferred.

• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must have a smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and own car are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.

• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience (preferred, not essential).
• A smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and own car (preferred)
• Willing to obtain a Police Check or Working with Children Check.

*The successful candidate must be willing to assist with shift coverage across all three sites in Dubbo: Wheelers Lane, Cobra Street & Baird Drive.
