Job summary

HealthShare NSW is seeking a compassionate Cleaner to support Balmain Hospital main wards and facility areas. You will contribute to patient comfort by ensuring high cleanliness standards and adhering to infection control procedures, waste management, and infectious cleaning in designated zones.

This permanent part-time position offers an opportunity to work 16 hours per week, with remuneration of $31.42 per hour plus shift allowances and 12% superannuation.

• Maintain cleanliness in patient and non-patient areas, upholding a superior standard of cleaning.
• Adhere to infection control procedures, conduct waste removal, and undertake infectious cleaning in designated areas.
