Job summary

Glad Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner on the Sunshine Coast to uphold presentation standards and support client satisfaction daily.

Ideal candidates have basic computer literacy to sign in/out on onsite systems, WHS knowledge, and a collaborative mindset. Experience in cleaning and customer service is advantageous, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of commercial and retail cleaning practices advantageous.
• Machine operations experience such as scrubber, buffer or sweeper advantageous.
• Experience working as a team player.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Basic computer literacy to use onsite systems for signing in and reporting.

We aim too provide the highest standards of cleaning and presentation, positively engage with and professionally assist customers at every opportunity. As a Cleaner, your responsibilities include:

• Performing cleaning duties in line with scope to ensure presentation standards
• Providing excellent service standards to ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of WHS requirements
• Meeting KPIs of the Clients and the Company
