Southern Cross Care is seeking a dedicated cleaner for our residential care home in Australia. The role is permanent part-time with 39 hours per fortnight, rostered across Week 1 and Week 2 (Thursday, Friday, Monday 0700–1400).

You will deliver high-quality housekeeping to support residents, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. We value our Bee Well program with discounts on groceries, travel, and health insurance, plus salary packaging benefits to maximise take-home pay.

Competenze

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting.
• Clear communication in English, especially with older people.
• Able to read and follow written instructions including the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.

About the role

As a cleaner in our residential care home, you will provide high-quality housekeeping services to support our residents. You will work as part of a friendly team to perform cleaning tasks like dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to keep the home fresh and safe. Your work helps our residents live as well as they can by providing a clean and comfortable environment
