Job summary

Southern Cross Care is seeking a Care Manager in Adelaide for permanent full-time employment. The role leads clinical care delivery, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with Aged Care accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) with current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, and a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse with a track record of effective staff leadership and clinical management.
• Strong proficiency in clinical assessments, quality assurance, and auditing, complemented by deep operational knowledge of Aged Care Standards, AN-ACC documentation, and Google Workspace.

About the role
